Terms & Conditions for Online Purchase of Aquafit Brand all types of Dispensers

1. General Terms

• By purchasing the Aquafit Brand  cooling / Hot & Cooling / Hot and cooling with purifier Dispenser online, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Aquafit Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Order Placement

• The product description, specifications, and images on the website or online platform are for reference only. Minor variations may occur due to updates in design or manufacturing.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing product details and ensuring suitability before placing an order.
• Aquafit reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT (as applicable) and subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full via the available payment methods (Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking, Credit/Debit Card, EMI, etc.).
• EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options are available with selected banking partners, subject to approval.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (if in stock) and 5-15 business days (if out of stock) after payment confirmation.
• Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and will be displayed before checkout.

• Courier Selection:

• If Aquafit’s designated courier service is used, Aquafit takes full responsibility for any damages during transit. The client must inspect the goods thoroughly upon receipt. If there are any complaints, the client must contact the Aquafit help center while still at the courier office. Aquafit will not be responsible for any damage or broken parts caused by personal transportation.
• If the client chooses their own courier, Aquafit is not responsible for any loss or damage during transportation.
• Clients must inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

• Clients can return the dispenser within 72 hours of delivery if any manufacturing defect is found.
• Returns must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
• Clients must provide proof of defect (e.g., photos, videos, or a technical report).
• The return shipping cost is borne by the client, unless the defect is verified by Aquafit.

6. Warranty Terms & Exclusions

Aquafit provides a warranty under the following conditions:

• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and technical faults in the dispenser.
• Warranty does NOT cover issues arising from:
• Improper voltage supply (over-voltage, low-voltage, or unstable generator power).
• Loose or faulty electrical connections.
• Damage due to external water sources (e.g., saline water, high TDS water, excessive humidity).
• Physical damage, accidental breakage, or misuse by the client.
• Installation in unsuitable locations (e.g., wet areas or direct exposure to sunlight and rain).
• Damages due to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, lightning, etc.).
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering by third parties.

7. Warranty Claim Process

• Clients must send the defective product to the nearest Aquafit sales center at their own cost.
• If the claim is approved, Aquafit will service or replace the dispenser free of charge.
• If an Aquafit technician is required to visit the client’s location, the client must bear all transportation and food costs.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation unless the item is out of stock or undeliverable.
• Refunds will be issued only for canceled orders or defective returns, subject to verification.
• Processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.

 9. Limitation of Liability

• Aquafit is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by improper use of the dispenser.
• In case of any dispute, Aquafit’s maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase value.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Any disputes shall be settled through negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to the Bangladesh Arbitration Tribunal.
