1. By purchasing an Aquafit cooling, hot and cooling, or hot and cooling dispenser with purifier online, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Aquafit Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Product Information & Order Placement
1. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the website or online platform are for reference only. Minor variations may occur due to updates in design or manufacturing.
2. Clients are responsible for reviewing product details and ensuring suitability before placing an order.
3. Aquafit reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing & Payment
1. Displayed prices exclude VAT, where applicable, and are subject to change without notice.
2. Full payment must be made through available methods, including bank transfer, mobile banking, credit/debit card, or EMI.
3. EMI options are available through selected banking partners, subject to approval.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days if in stock and 5–15 business days if out of stock, after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and will be displayed before checkout.
3. If Aquafit’s designated courier service is used, Aquafit takes full responsibility for damage during transit. Clients must inspect the goods thoroughly upon receipt.

Return & Replacement Policy
1. Clients may return the dispenser within 72 hours of delivery if a manufacturing defect is found.
2. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
3. Clients must provide proof of the defect, such as photos, videos, or a technical report.
4. Return shipping costs are paid by the client unless the defect is verified by Aquafit.
Warranty Terms & Exclusions

Warranty Claim Process
1. Clients must send the defective product to the nearest Aquafit sales center at their own cost.
2. If the claim is approved, Aquafit will service or replace the dispenser free of charge.
3. If an Aquafit technician must visit the client’s location, the client must pay all transportation and food costs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation unless the item is out of stock or undeliverable.
2. Refunds are issued only for canceled orders or defective returns, subject to verification.
3. Refund processing takes 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.
Limitation of Liability
1. Aquafit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage caused by improper use of the dispenser.
2. In any dispute, Aquafit’s maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase value.
