Pricing & Payment

Shipping & Delivery

Warranty Claim Process
1. Clients must send the defective product to the nearest Aquafit sales center at their own cost.2. If the claim is approved, Aquafit will service or replace the dispenser free of charge.3. If an Aquafit technician must visit the client’s location, the client must pay all transportation and food costs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation unless the item is out of stock or undeliverable.2. Refunds are issued only for canceled orders or defective returns, subject to verification.3. Refund processing takes 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.
